I hired Jacqueline Rizk/Detox Diva and before deciding I wanted to hire her we had a phone consultation.  She said all the right things I wanted to hear and I felt good about it thinking she was on my side.  After I sent my money I basically never heard from her again.  She simply sent me links to supplements she makes commission on without telling me what they were for and send me a link to a different and generic online nutrition company to help me.

I was not even seeing her for nutrition specifically.  None of this is what she promised or we discussed.  She promised phone/skype calls every 2 weeks (we had 1) to check in and know what is working, what is not working, saying I would never have to google anything again and she would do everything.  I never heard from her unless I reached out to asking what the supplements were she sent me links on, what is the dosage, what do they do, etc.  Seems really dangerous to take someone money, send them links on supplements when we do not even know what is wrong yet.

She has a defensive nature and I'm so disappointed that I spent so much $ for someone I spoke with one time and basically took my $ and went MIA.   When I confronted her about all of this she said I got a really good deal and a huge discount and blamed me it was my fault for traveling. Umm...I work remotely as does she and in no way shape or form does the fact I don't pay a mortgage effect my commitment, availability or communication.   I got RIPPED OFF majorly and she has done this many times and cannot own up to the fact she promises a service she in NO way provides.  She refused any type of refund.

This is so false!

First, you were not given NO service.  You were given a two-hour consultation (which is at $259 an hour), access to a full protocol (at $397) and plenty of follow up.  You chose to not continue with your follow-on consultations but already had access to the full protocol, which, IF followed to the letter, would have produced the results you wanted with some tweaking.  You had been ill for a number of years yet failed to provide me with all of your own details necessary to move forward.  You were very specific about what you would not do because "you knew the right way to eat" and there were several suggestions given to try that you rejected because you were working with a health coach. After you hired me, you gave me a laundry list of what hadn't worked for you and I informed you that there might be other work needed based on the nature of your case. You had been ill for a number of years yet failed to provide me with all of your own details necessary to move forward.  You were

I sent you a recommendation for liver support which were high-quality neutraceuticals. They were in no way dangerous or harmful but your body did, clearly, need some additional support that you were unwilling to provide it.  You had been gaining weight for a number of years yet failed to give your body the time it needed to rebalance. You had been gaining weight for a number of years yet failed to provide your body with the time it needed to

You had been gaining weight for a number of years yet failed to provide your body with the time it needed to heal..  You were not given NOTHING, in fact, you were given FAR more than you actually paid for and I agreed to give you a 50% discount. I have been in email contact with you, in fact, over the last several months.  You are writing this and saying I provided you no service when there were not only services but quite a long protocol that is worth

I did not go MIA. You had access to me via email and Voxxer and you could have rang me at any time.  You knew this.  You are angry because you didn't lose the weight you wanted in the time allotted yet there were extenuating circumstances you were told about during our 2-hour discussion that you knew that might require not only an estrogen balancing protocol but a gut health protocol.  You informed me you felt your gut health was fine.  You hired an expert to tell the expert what wasn't wrong with you.

No, I will not provide you a refund and be blackmailed by a negative review because you were unwilling to afford me the benefit of being able to see your protocol through.  I will not be blackmailed by someone who is very clever but never intended to actually follow what was deemed to difficult to follow.  I'm sorry you didn't lose the weight you wanted but I did inform you that we might need to go deeper to discover the root (something I was happy to do at no extra charge) of the weight gain and you were never available or willing.  You were given the care you paid for and did not afford me the luxury of following through.  I never blamed your traveling.  That is patently false.  I said, you made it difficult because of your travel schedule to follow the protocol.  I didn't blame your lack of weight loss on the travel but did ask that you give me more details so I could have put together something that would work for you while you were traveling.

You list Elegant Alchemy as a company you worked with.  You never worked with this company.  Elegant Alchemy is a life/mindset coaching company and The Detox Diva is a health and wellness service.  They are separate entities and do entirely different things.  You worked with The Detox Diva and you were given the service you would allow me to give.  I gave you my time, energy and access to a protocol that is digitally delivered.  This cannot be returned.

On my website it clearly states you should only undertake working with me if you can devote the time, energy and have the willingness to allow me to do my job without tying my hands and telling me what you are not willing to do.  I told you this in the beginning that you should give it some thought and decide whether you could adhere to this and you agreed.  You got the $750 you paid for and I did offer to to have follow ups with you to help you resolve any lingering issues. You flatly refused.

You also were given access to a weight-loss program (worth $2000) that has helped thousands drop weight.  I told you that in concert with the protocol this would give you the body you wanted.  You informed you that you knew what you were doing in that arena, however, you failed to get results and this actually guaranteed you to get the results you wanted.

I gave you every opportunity to really dive in and you were the one that went MIA.  You could have let me know we needed to do something different and you chose not to communicate.  Now you want your money back after taking what you were promised and not following it the way it was intended.  No, I am sorry, but I don't accept this.  You make it seem like I scammed you and this is simply not the case.  I can prove the downloads for the protocol, I have the emails where you stated that you didn't want to do certain things because they interfered with what you already knew or with the health coach you were working with, the supplements you ordered and everything.

I am willing to to go to court, if need be, to prove I did everything I was allowed to do.
