Jacques Bertrand Poujade Tri-Emerald Financial Group, Inc. dba LendPlus Defrauded me of $5,255,600 Aliso Viejo California
I was defrauded by a fellow parishioner at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in 2015-16.
Defendant promised his company was soon to have an IPO and we would use the money “to further the kingdom of God.” I did 26 separate investments, all represented by Subscription Agreements.
Amount: $5,255,600 (my personal life savings, as well as 100% of my company’s pension and profit sharing accounts)
Learning none of what Poujade told me about the company, or its ability to even have an IPO, I filed a suit against him, and the company, for Elder Abuse and Breach of Contract.
Case below filed in January, 2021 – with amended complaint filed, and Demurrer.
Court date: July, 2023!
Presently attempting to settle

I was stripped of my entire life savings by a fellow parishioner at a local Catholic Church who referred to me as "his sister in Christ."
Defendant promised his company was soon to have an IPO and we would use the money “to further the kingdom of God.” I did 26 separate investments, all represented by Subscription Agreements.
Amount: Over $5 million (my personal life savings, as well as 100% of my company’s pension and profit sharing accounts)
Learning none of what Poujade told me about the company, or its ability to even have an IPO, was true, I filed a suit against him, and the company, for Elder Abuse and Breach of Contract.
Case below filed in January, 2021 – Court date: July, 2023! (Covid is delaying court cases inordinately)

Jacques Bertrand Poujade misrepresented company and took my entire savings as "investment" - no intent to repay his "sister in Christ"
