Deceptive business practices, fraudulent product, JAD Ent. James Deal refused to issue refund after giving me a guarantee of 30 days money back policy I came across JAD Enterprise website in a search for freshly surveyed receptive accredited investors leads list.

I called and spoke to the owner, James Deal, who recommended I buy $5 a piece survey list of investors who were prospected by his inside telemarketers within last two weeks and are looking for what I have to show them. In addition he recommended I buy an additional list of .$50 a piece of recently surveyed investors list that would be exclusive to me for 30 days.

I had to buy both to get a $100 discount so I DID FOR $1,400 PAID BY A DEBIT CARD FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. WHEN I MENTIONED MY HESITATION TO COMMIT THIS MUCH MONEY ON A FIRST TRANSACTION, MR. JAMES DEAL ASSURED ME THAT IF ANY PROBLEMS AROSE FROM THESE LISTS AND I WASN'T HAPPY WITH RESULTS HE WOULD REPLACE THE LISTS AND IF I STILL WASN'T HAPPY HE WOULD REFUND MY FULL PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SALE.

WITH THIS GUARANTEE OF MONEY BACK I WENT FORWARD AND PAID JAD ENTERPRISES $1,400 on 11.5.19 the original files he emailed me 2,000 count of .$ 50 leads and 150 count of $5 leads were mostly dupes of records I already had uploaded in other lists I bought as long as 2 years ago from other leads brokers in my dialer so his lists were mostly rejected as dupes.

He kept emailing me files until finally the count of 2000 records at $.50 and 150 records at $5 were uploaded in my dialer. Next day a team of four of my employees began contacting these lists of his. After full day on a dialer that calls 3000 numbers per seat in an 8 hour work shift I realized I was ripped off.

These people on his lists were SCREAMING to be removed from these lists as they were mostly not accredited investors and/or were getting 6 cold calls a day with investment ideas and thereby were not interested. I realized I got ripped off as obviously these leads were NOT recently surveyed by phone and were NOT receptive in the least .James Deal lied to me outright just to swindle me out of $1,400.

After I VOICED MY CONCERN TO HIM HE EMAILED ME A REPLACEMENT FILE IN .PDF FORMAT WHERE I EXPLICITLY ASKED FOR EXCEL FORMAT SO that we could upload it in the dialer and be productive, of people surveyed a year or two ago AND AFTER MYSELF AND 6 OF MY EMPLOYEES MANUALLY DIALING THEM ALL OF THE ONES WE CONTACTED SCREAMED T BE TAKEN OFF THIS LIST BECAUSE THEY'RE BEING CALLED 20 TIMES A WEEK.

OBVIOUSLY JAMES DEAL SOLD THIS FILE TO 20 DIFFERENT FIRMS AS WELL. I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK BASED ON HIS 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND HE REFUSED WHILE THREATENING ME THAT HE WILL SLANDER AND DEFAME ME PERSONALLY AND THE COMPANY I'M ASSISTING IN THEIR INVESTOR OUTREACH, ONLINE, BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL TO 500,000 INVESTORS IF I FILE ANY COMPLAINTS WITH BBB ABOUT JAD ENTERPRISES OR HIMSELF,OR ELSEWHERE ONLINE OR GIVE HIM ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

STEER CLEAR OF JAD ENTERPRISES AND DON'T BUY ANY LEADS FROM JAD ENTERPRISES AND JAMES DEAL.

I had 4 people myself included calling off the dialer on your 2,150 records lists, each seat dials 3000 numbers in an 8 hour shift so that means we dialed your fraudulent fake leads list at least 6 times ( lot's of people on it said they're not accredited nor investors and others screamed bloody murder to take them off this list cause they're getting 6 calls a day about deals and I don't blame them being angry and hostile.

I would not want to be cold called 6 times a day either)and I put additional staff on the manual dial because you emailed me more old recylcled leads that you sold. God knows how many times and to how many people beacause people on that .PDF file list were angry too saying they get 20 calls a week and to stoip calling them.

Admit it James Deal, you're a fraud and you sell same lists over and over and over to whomever is naive and gullible enough to buy into your slick website and emails presentations. BTW they ONLY reason I bought $1,400 from you on first order ( you lie here I never bought leads from you before so obviously I HAD NO SUCCESS WITH YOUR LEADS, YOU'RE JUST AN ABRASSIVE LIAR.)

You're so broke that you rather have a public scandal than refund an unhappy customer $1,400 cause franly you probably don't have that much to your name. IF YOUR LEADS WERE ANY GOOD WE WOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS CONVESRSTION WOULD WE ?

I'm going to upload email exchange with you where you threaten me and my client with slandering and defaming us IF I DARE COMPLAIN AND FILE A RIPOFFREPORT LET THE WORLD SEE WHAT A BRAZEN LIAR YOU ARE!

 Eric Weisbrod bought leads from us because he had a previous good experience of closing several deals a few months ago. Eric was given a discounted price and extra leads on his purchase.

We went above and beyond to help Eric by sending several files to ensure he had no duplicate leads in his system which was not in the agreement when he bought.

Eric does not seem to even remember his own story as you can see he had 4 employees then the next day he had 6 calling for him. Eric is an independent broker and has one employee at best working with him. There is no way to really get through over 2,000 leads and get a fair read on the list after a few hours but we went ahead and sent new leads anyway after he complained.

We sent a new file of 1,800 handwritten front sheets all from January – September 2019 and after a few more hours he was calling to complain once again.

I have no problem helping a client out to ensure they are getting what they pay for however we do expect them to make more than a few calls before we start talking about replacements or refunds. We do not have a money back guarantee of any kind let alone 30 days.
