Complaint Review: Jade Travel

 I personally booked domestic and international flights with the owner of this company.

I needed to arrange an earlier flight home from overseas.  Multiple phone calls and e-mails, were never answered.  Finally I was told to go to the local airline in the city I was visiting, which was not attainable as I was traveling on a set schedule with a group.

The only e-mail I received stated a change of flight cost  and no other correspondence. I had to call the # in the States, which I used up all my minutes, and at the same time, on the phone with the airlines I was talking with Jade Travel.  he kept inssiting I give the airlines my standby flight and stay overseas another week.

Jade travel said that they could get me on a standby but not a guarantee, but I was successful in obtaining my own flights back to the States.

I asked for reinbursement as what was quoted on a change of flight at the original request a week plus but the owner was non compliant and downright rude and arrogant.  Therefore, I am submitting this complaint Do Not Use Jade Travel.  The owner is only out to book your flight from the get go, and could not care less whether you need to change your travel plans. Do not use this agency.
