Complaint Review: Jag medical of Palm beach PA

On september 6th 2016 i went to Jag Medical of Palm beach with a torn ligament on my groin area. as soon as i got there they took my co pay after i hadled my insurence information .  Everything was fine they sent me to do an MRI and i waited a week for the results. I started to noticed how unorganized they were when they told me that they did not have the results yet. I called the imaging center and they had told me otherwise.  The imaging center had fax them my medical report several times and Jag medical finally told me that their fax was not working. So i decided to drive to the imaging center and pick up my results and bring it to them. Took me all day!!!! Months later i started getting their co pay bill.  I had called them and told them that i payed my co pay. I even had emailed them with proof of my bank statement.  The Dr. wrote me back and said not to worry he would take care of it.  Months later i got another bill.  Nothing was taken care off. I fell that they do that to lots of people and some of them don't save receipt , some are really old and forget that they payed.  Its very upsetting !
