I went to securus tech.net to set up account it jumped into jail solutions which I thought was same company.They gave me a phone number my grandson was suppose to use to reach me.The jail he is in will not use this company and when I called next day I was told I had no account with them.My visa card was charged $81.08 for this service which they tell me I don't have.I just want my money back
