He takes your money, drinks while working on your project, does excellent at first to win your trust, then he stops showing up, stops taking your calls, tells you he needs the rest of the money and then abandons the project.
His License number is falsified, if you check it, it will save you the $8000 I lost. His business card says Lic. 668091 with no address. I have a copy of his business card as proof that this is a valid complaint. I even filed with the BBB. I have receipts to prove the thousands of dollars it cost me.
Then future contractors charge more to finish his job because they don't want to take the liability of thereckless work done by Jaime
