Jaks Incorporated Ebay Stores ripped off and scammed, took my money but never gave me the product Salem Oregon
It started when I placed a bid on an auction on ebay for a set of leather furniture. It was the begining of the auction and I had placed the first bid for $1.00 greater then the asking price. At the end of the week I had gotten an email from ebay saying that I had the highest bid.
After contacting the seller, Jaks Inc. ebay stores we arranged that I would send him a cheque for the purchase price, plus another $412 for the shipping fee. I included a 7% duty charge that would have to be paid to have the furniture shipped to me in Canada. He said that was no problem, it would be there in 6 weeks after recieving payment.
Finally after receiving my bank statement saying the cheque was cashed, I emailed him again and he said they were ordered and would be on their way shortly. It has been 6 months and still nothing. The phone # he gave me is no longer in service. His email is no longer in service under that web address and his website is gone. I have NO furniture and I am OUT A LOT OF MONEY!
