Complaint Review: Jalil Tavakolinia

I have been servicing the Shreveport location (parking lot) for over 15 years.

I was hired to remove a section of asphalt parking lot and replace with wire reinforced concrete.

In all the years doing business there, I've always dealt with the store manager, Eric Smart.

For this project the companys nationwide project manager, Jalil Tavakolinia, was in charge.

After the pour was completed and striped, Jalil said the whole project was "deficient" because the broom finish in ONLY 4 areas on the concrete was too rough. It was never agreed in the contract how "rough" the finish would be. So he held $5,000 from my payment. To this day I have had our local concrete plant and a state licensed Civil Engineer verify in written letters that the finish is standard for our region.
