JAM Enterprises / Broadway TV Ripped Off by Jay at JAM Enterprises Denver Internet
I purchased two comcast cable boxes from jay on october 17. like everyone else, i was looking to reduce my cost of watching tv and thought this would be a great way to do it.
i was told by jay when i purchased them that i needed to contact him when they were received so that he could walk me through the setup of the receivers.
i received the boxes on october 27 and phoned jay - got is voicemail and left my work and home numbers to be called so that we could do the setup. i also followed up with an email.
it is now going on two weeks and after several voicemails and emails sent still no response from jay.
i feel very fortunate that i did not "bite" at the offer of a 20% discount if i paid by check so i at least have the protection of my credit card company. i just do not want any other consumer to be tricked by this scam.

Jeff Davis, owner of JAM Enterprises has started Broadway TV.HD DVRs and Cable boxes and Modems. the FCC shut down the following sites: DVR Cable Boxes, Just About Saving Money, Free to Air, Finally Free TV and Digital TV Today. He has started 14 sites in the past 9 years
The BBB had well over 450 complaints about non working cable box and modems. Scam site had hundreds more.
