I made a purchase online on March 30, 2009. Order # 1591 amounting to a total of 411.99 USD.

9 days have passed but my coffee beans have not arrived. There is no word of the shipping status. Nobody replies to all the email addresses on their sites, including the owners, Delince and Aptakin. I called their phone number for several days, but there is only an answering machine.

There is no way of reaching or contacting them.
Goods never delivered BUT the money has already been deducted from my credit card.

They promised to ship within 48 hours but there is no word or information about the shipping status of my purchase nor any way to contact their company either by phone or email.

Thank you for taking the time to read this rebuttal. Despite the fact that Ms. Bacolod has requested to have her post removed I would once again like to forward our formal apology for any inconvenience we may have caused her. As you will read in this rebuttal we have taken every precaution and care to assure Ms. Bacolod received her coffees in a timely fashion. As a client of our firm any failure to deliver exceptional customer service is seen as a personal failure for which we are ultimately responsible.

It is important to begin by stating we have been in business for over 9 years and since our inception we have held to one credo. It is our business to deliver not only the very best coffee on Earth but to match that quality with the very best customer service possible. I understand Ms. Bacolod's frustration in receiving her coffee in less than an expeditious schedule. The delays in delivery are typical of UPS packages traveling overseas and clearing customs. Her order was prepared and shipped promptly via UPS.

Our customer service department, Mr. Nelson and I repeatedly attempted to contact her to no avail. Ms. Bacolod was no doubt frustrated at her inability to reach us during business hours as we were to reach her during and after business hours. This is no doubt a function of the time difference between the Philipines and United States. I personally provided her with a UPS tracking number via email on two occasions. Even after receiving her coffees Ms. Bacolod claimed an item was missing. We immediately refunded the shipping and cost of the missing item.

After receiving her order and subsequent refund Ms. Bacolod requested to have her post deleted. No doubt the claims contained herein are an overreaction. I am very saddened at having to write this rebuttal because we in fact have and 100% satisfaction guarantee unlike any other firm online or offline. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will refund 100% of your purchase and shipping price. No questions asked. As the customer your satisfaction is our business.

Warm Regards,
Jerry Delince, Managing Partner

Jamaica Blue mountain Coffee traders, already paid me $29.99 thru my credit card. The package arrived. I have no more complaints. Can someone please delete this thread and complaint for me?
I have no more complaints with their company.
They have answered and made good with the complaints I sent.
Package arrived and for the 1 paid item not sent, they gave me a REFUND, through my credit card.
In the first 2 weeks, nobody answering their customer email service and phone hotline, is the reason I wrote here. Later Delince replied but the tracking number was erroneous, 1 number missing at the end, a typo error I guess, on his part. I got the package then, missing 1 paid item. I wrote them, and now I got a refund, which they put in my credit card.
So no more complaints, they've made good on their side of the deal. End of transaction. I have no more complaints. Please somebody delete this report for me.

The package finally arrived after 16 days but they did not send the paid order of
#1 Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee rsw 8oz box RSW Estates 100% Blue Mountain Coffee (8oz whole bean) cost, $29.99

Jerry Delince replied me thru email: LinkedIn, after 11 days, giving me an incomplete UPS tracking number, as such I was unable to track my order online.

The delivered coffee beans were not as the advertised 'freshly roasted' but were prepacked since December 2008 and January, and February of 2009.
