Hired Jame Cruz of San Antonio Texas 210-461-7316 to do home repair and he gave me a quote then increased price of job before job was completed told me he spent more money on materials than he thougth and the price of materials were hire than he thought. He is unlicenes general contractor that is a liar and theif and does shooty work, as soon as I found out he was unlicense I got rid of him.
