Complaint Review: James A. Bento

Beware of James A. Bento as he holds himself out as an accountant and CPA. He has been appointed to many private and public companies in which does nothing to add value but inside manuevering to attain hundreds of millions of shares and then he moves on to the next Company. Case in point, he was appointed CFO of Peer to Peer Network aka Mobicard Inc. (OTC: PTOPover two years ago to bring fiunancials current and auditable within 6 months.

James A. Bento has done nothing in 25 months, yet on 4/3/2018 he awarded himself 260,000,000 shares of stock that was trading at $.0016 per share, over 25% of the Company valued at over $400,000 at the time of issuance. Bento created the officer's certificate and inadvertently issued himself 260,000,000 shares which at the time, the entire Corporation had only 729,718,592 shares issued.

This equates to a pre percentage amount of 35.6% and a post issuance percentage of 26.2% for services, YET the company has no filed financial statements in years, has not completed an audit in years, has not done its federal or state taxes in years ALL OF WHICH Bento was hired to do, yet he has done nothing because he's incompetent, lazy and a fraudster.

Beware of this criminal. Do not hire him for accounting OR for any executive position, BEWARE!!!

He's now moved on to Healing Orthopedic Technologies Inc. to rip them off as well....
