Complaint Review: James B Webb - Webb Family Builders - Five Star Homes

We bought the Model Home In Mustang Place in Forney TX, in March of 2007, the agreement would be that they rent it back from us. When the development was about done they would sell the model with the garage conversion. We were paid rent only one time on time. The excuses were never ending.

We finally had to evict them. They left all their files which included permits,specs, building plans, as well as customers personal and private information. We could build a whole development with all the plans and work orders. Needless to say we have been taken for $12,000 just in back rent, another $5,000 for the garage conversion, and now we get a call form the building inspector that they never signed off on an occupancy permit. So we are not able to sell the home and have no idea what to do next.

I am aware of many counties that they own property in. Liens, Liens and more Liens, I do know for a fact they have taken peoples deposits and never built or refunded them. I would love to see some kind of Cival or Class action brought against James B Webb as well as his son Ryan Webb.

This is just wrong. It's not the first time I have heard this kind of information, you are not alone.
