James B Wolfe RGT365 Revenue Generation Technology Makes big promises and wont pay for services rendered! His story is that Everyone is out to take from him and yet he doesnt look in the mirror. Sacramento California
During my employment with Mr Wolfe, I was not paid wages earned. I received less than a weeks wages my last week of employment. After listening to excuses for 5 weeks i turned in my resignation. Other employees were not paid for in excess of 10 weeks. When asking Mr Wolfe the question "Where is my paycheck?" we were always told we are working on it.
Or I have a meeting or another excuse. I state they were excuses because, still after not working for him for 3 weeks, I have yet to receive my final check and he has moved his operations. On numerous occasions I was asked to provide technical oversight or deliver something and did. When asking him to deliver, it never materialized.
He does not run a legitimate business. I can elaborate on many more details of the operations but refrain from doing that in this form of media. If you are doing business with James, I advise you to sincerely reconsider your choice. If at first you are not paid for services, dont extend him the credit!

Don't Believe Wolfe's Excuses

James Wolfe's rebuttal to these complaints against Wolfe and Revenue Generation Technologies (RGT) are just continuing excuses. It appears that not only did he run a Ponzi scheme, in which I and other "investors" were defrauded of around $200,000, but it also appears that Wolfe is continuing to make excuses, blaming staff and other creditors for his state of affairs, and refusing to pay out any money.
I am pursuing legal action against the person to whom I lent money and who in turn gave it over to Wolfe. I will be pursuing legal action and complaints against James Wolfe as well. It is over $100,000. So far, I have seen no return. I'm not sure that this money was ever invested or that it was simply gambled away. Wolfe has been completely fraudulent in his response, continuing to make excuses, and now has apparently let the LLC license expire.
I have not seen any evidence to the contrary to dissuade me from my impression that this man is a crook, and has engaged in fraudulent activities and businesses in Nevada and other states and has most recently been operating in California. Beware of any interaction you might have with him.

Shameless? The only shame is on you for not paying my Payroll for over 5 weeks while employed and not resolving the outstanding balance since our seperation in November.

Shameless, yes it is. Shameless that one such as James or any other employer can convince a person to work for them and not have the financials to pay for services rendered. Or, if they do have the money negligently omit paying payroll. Either way, it is a crime and causes significant financial burdens. I as well as many others have gone to the extent of filing claims with the Department of Labor to resolve this matter. If RGT/James would have made payroll, or, promptly paid upon separation, this matter would not be public knowledge. The only reason I choose to publicize this matter is to advise others of what has happened to me and to for warm them of the past.
I believe the company RGT has good intentions, in the service they desire to offer - if only it had the financials to support the employees doing the work making it happen. If you are willing to work for free, go for it, it’s your time. I made numerous concessions and attempts to work with James on this matter and have still yet to be paid as a past employee.
I will gladly remove this report should he decide to step up to and accept his fiduciary responsibility as the CEO of Revenue Generation Technology (RGT). Until then, I will allow this report to be posted or rebuttal James. I think that James has great vision and energy. I think that his drive is perfect for a high energy salesperson. I think that if he can find the money, not credit, to run a business, he has great potential. I think that he needs to deliver and not over-commit even when it comes time for a day’s meeting. If he asks you to join him for a 1:00 he should be there promptly and not call you to tell you he is running late and never show. Do what you say and not what you are doing!

The nameless person behind these alligations are shaless and has a different agenda. It is important to know that all of these alligations are false and anyone can make these type of assertions in an open forum such as this. Now as for what RGT does, we provide a clean and clear service for online and offline digital marketing business owners for them to finance there products, services or seminars. We have turned down many who do not meet the requirements and some online marketers are not happy in regards to this. So it looks like the nameless bandit has some issues. All information can be forwarded to our attorney.
