Complaint Review: James Brinster D.d.sl.l.c

I called this dental office for my family check up and i was asked what type of dental insurance did i have,i told them is united concordia and they told me they accept the dental insurance and the appointment was fixed.
On the appointment day,they collected the card and photo copied it and after the examination,they offered so many treatments because they said the out of pocket was high,all were turned down,a filling was done on my teeth,before the filling was done we were told the only out of pocket expense on the visit was going to be $107.00,that the insurance will pay the balance,i agreed and the money were paid,total $121.21 with my credit card.
A week after,i received a bill of $398.50 in the mail and when i called the dental clinic about the bill they said they are not in innetwork with united concordia ppo,i told the lady but i showed you my card ,you knew i have united concordia state of maryland ppo and you also told me the only out of pocket expenses was $107.00 which i already paid,the only thing the lady said was "are you going to pay this bill".
Some days after that i received another bill for the same amount $398.50 and giving the due date to be 09/02/2009.
