seller did not respond to any communication ebay messages telephone voice mail personal email text please USPS has proof of this scam  it was not what i bought seller is a scammer delivery confirmation only means that *something* was sent and then delivered but   *what he sent*   *was not the item i bought* delivery confirmation only works for honest sellers!Q!!!!!!! i have been an ebay member since 1994 i have 194 positive feedbacks as buyer **i depend on ebay buyer protection** i should not have to be my own detective here!

i have never  had a dispute before i am a reliable honest citizen of ebay i am not scamming seller has exploited "delivery confirmation" to support a scam yes - *something* was delivered but it was an envelope - not a big box check it all you have to do is call USPS with the tracking number 9405 5036 9930 0103 4298 xx otherwise i have to reverse credit card charges also want ebay support for pursuing mail fraud charges - if seller can be found
