James C McFarland McFarland Trucking never paid me final check Caldwell, Texas
I was a Contract Labor Driver for McFarland Trucking in Caldwell TX.On 10/18/2012 I had to go to the Food Bank to get food for my family,cause we had run out of groceries.When I called my boss,James C McFarland,and explained that I needed to go to the Food Bank and why,he fired me. he told me that he would give me my final paycheck on 10/31/2012.I still have not received my paycheck.My rent is due,and we have received a disconnect for electric.If my family,and I are put out on the street,I don't know what we will do.
