I received a letter via Priority Mail on November 6, 2017. The letter was from James Carr, Secret Shopper Instructor Officer about a Wal-mart mystery shopper job. The letter was obviously FAKE and NOT from Walmart with specific instructions about depositing the FAKE money order into my account and to keep a certain amount then mail a money gram to Ray in Haltom, TX 76117. IF you deposit this FAKE money order, you will end up losing money. These horrible people need to be STOPPED!

The sender name is fake, so it is no point of reporting the person's name. Even the receiving money name -- Ray Layi -- is also fake. I'm sure that the person who is supposed to be Ray Layi would have a fake ID in order to get the money from the other end. The name is very unique but yet you can't find any recent info of the person online. The only thing you could find is from a newspaper in 1958. In other words, the person might not be alive nowadays but had a legitimate SSN which could be now used by scammers. Thank you for your report.
