James Carrillo Veterans Service Company Contracted with him to repair roof, gave him $2200.00 and he has disappeared , won't return calls. Las Cruces New Mexico
James Carrillo aka Vetrans Service Construction contracted with me to repair roof and soffit of my house. Date of contract was 9-4-15 it is now 11-3-15. Paid him $2300.00 for supplies and half labor, he got his son and a friend to take down facia and soffit off the house then took off. Mr. Carrillo blamed some personal crisis for the delay and originally agreed to refund our money. Now he will not respond to text messages, will not return phone calls, has not returned to job site.
