Of course he is easy to sue, sucker is as bad at defending himself as he is representing you. Go after this sob internet jerk, he is a ripoff.

I have been licensed in Texas since May of 1998 and Ohio since 2007. I am proud to serve people every day with employment law claims. (Fact) However, if I provide premium services I tell all clients my fee verbally and in writing and they can independently decide what is right for them. I also provide prospective clients a referral number to the State Bar of Texas at 877-9-texbar. I also encourage people in writing to get a second opinion if they so choose.
My prospective clients all receive written contracts with clear terms. I also provide the EEOC's address, phone number and explain individuals, free of charge, can file Pro Se without counsel if
they so choose the minute they walk in my office. I am very forthright and will be happy to provide you clear details for what I propose be done with your case, presuming you have a claim. All prospective clients are provided the Grievance Hotline Info as required by law in Texas.
Here is a link active as of 10/14/11 showing I have never been found by State Bar of Texas to have violated any rules of conduct or ethics.
