Do not do business with James Donato who claims to be the president of Capitol Publishing, 5041 Lyda Lane, Colorado Springs, Co. I am a florist and he had ordered flowers several times using his credit card. He called and claimed he wanted to order on a regular basis and send flowers to his wife twice a week and requested to be billed.
He ran up a bill of over $1000.00 and never paid. All his credit cards on file declined. He stopped answering his phone. When I finally do get him on the phone, he hangs up. His wife is divorcing him and according to her, he has left her with many bills as well. It is extremely unethical to rip off a small business owner who struggles to make a living. Do not do business with James Donato from Colorado Springs. He is also a lunatic who makes claims to be involved with Government Agencies.
According to his Ex Wife, he had an accident in which he incurred head injuries. This may have contributed to his claims of his many business ventures which are fictional. Steer clear of James Donato, Captiol Publishing, Colorado Springs. He is a dishonest man who has no concious.
