James Donman at John H Lennon Music in Toronto stole my sound compositions and master recordings, and has been profitting off them illegally. When I contacted James Donman and told him to stop, he began a campaign of harassing phone calls and threats. To this day, that man is stealing music. Stay away!

If you are an American citizen and created the work in this country, you own the copyright to your work (presuming that you haven't signed it away or created the work under a work for hire arrangement). If your report is true and you're not holding back any details, talk to an attorney to get iTunes to stop offering your music, collect the money that is rightfully yours and sue this person for any additional damages.
