Complaint Review: JAMES EDWARD ELLIOTT

James Edward Elliott Has not paid child support for our son since the order was processed over 4 years ago. He has also only shown up once for his visitation, and he drove 12 hours to pick our son up-without a license, and he had been drinking. He has not been to see him since. He also does not call him because he doesn't want to "waste his minutes".  He has been sent to prison for it and yet he still refuses to pay. Right now he is wanted by the State Of Missouri for probation violations. He is a convicted felon with numerous convictions for DUI(repeat offender), driving while revoked, and felony non-support. He was ordered to pay $311 a month, but his attorney argued that the $11 would be a 'hardship' for his client. The State of Missouri has placed a lien on his house, which means there is a judgment, then a couple weeks later he traded the house to someone for a fifth-wheel trailer. No cash changed hands, and no title insurance purchased, and the title agent TOLD the guy that there were 2 liens on the house. His mom held one that she released that day(she knew she wouldn't get paid) and my lien, so now some guy has the deed to the house, I still have the lien on it. AND I have placed a lien on the fifth-wheel. I spoke to the man that has the deed and offered to release the lien in the fifth-wheel if he would turn over the deed, but he said no, he was going to sell the house. That's not working so well for him since I happen to have someone keeping an eye on things for me there. The fifth-wheel has not been licensed in Missouri because I have gotten no notice and I check regularly. He is known to be in the Kansas City area, could be on the Missouri or Kansas side. He did have a girlfriend that he met online that was from Texas (possibly).  If you know of or have seen him please report him to the State of Missouri. Call the police. This is truly one deadbeat dad.
