Complaint Review: James Eugene Stephens

I am trying to Locate James Eugene Stphens, his last known address was Bellevue,NE. Last known employer while living there was AZCO Inc. He is a pipefitter by trade and a alcoholic gambler by choice. Was contacted by a woman still residing in NE and was told that she was pregnant with his child and he left and went to TX (where he is originally from), but promised to return and take care of them. So truefully I am not sure where he is. I do know that as of 09/21/2007 he is $28,100.24 in arrears and that he avoids filing income tax to try to keep me from getting any monies. I have been told that he likes to live out of motel and hotels to avoid having permanant address so to make it harder to keep track of him. If any one has iany information it would be great. Upon my research I found that he has a warrant for his arrest in Sarpy County NE so all information should be forwarded to them as well. Thanks a bunch for your help
