Complaint Review: JAMES F. CLAUDE JR.

This man ran up almost $10,000.00 in bills before leaving.

Stole money from our rental property to go on vacation while his daughter was having surgery.

He is trying to take away my house that I have owned since 1973.

We got married in 1997. He never put 1 penny into my property, now he wants it.

According to him everything in debate is either "his" or "ours".

I retired at 48 after 30 years with one company. Now I am to go back to work, so I can pay the alimony he wants.
Whenever he gets mad, he calls and files false reports with the Police and CPS. Latest report was July 25, 2006, while he was on vacation in Laughlin, NV.

He has not paid child support since getting fired from his $22.00 an hour job, in November 2005. Now he has a job making $10.00 an hour, just so he won't have to pay. But plans on getting himself fired. He wants to go live on the River, using unemployment and whatever money he can get from me.

This has been going on for 3 years now.
