The following information is alleged and was obtained from public files/records that were retrieved from Clark County District Court located at 200 S. 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV (corner of 3rd St and Carson).

Case 00-A-417407-C (Active)
Case filed 4/11/2000

In December of 1998, plaintiff entered into an agreement with Greg Hannah (alleged brother of James Hannah) DBA Vegas Valley Fiberglass Inc located at:

3040 Contract Ave.
Suite A
Las Vegas, NV 89101
Phone (702) 385-3936
Fax (702) 385-4522

The agreement was for Greg Hannah to repair and paint plaintiffs 1970 47 Kenner House Boat and the work was agreed upon to be completed by 3/30/1999. The work was to be done at the Vegas Valley Fiberglass Inc location. Without the knowledge of the plaintiff the boat was moved to James Hannahs business AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision. From 1/1999 through 12/1999, an entire year, the Hannahs have failed and refused to return the plaintiffs boat. Hannahs have also failed and refused to complete agreed repairs.

On 1/05/2000, plaintiff demanded the boat to be returned to him. On 1/06/2000, the Hannahs demanded additional money.

The value of the boat is approximately $40,000. Plaintiff claims he has been over-billed and Hannahs are demanding excessive sums of money for work not performed. The alleged cause of detention of the boat is the failure of the plaintiff to pay any additional money to the Hannahs. However, several times the plaintiff requested a final bill but defendants refuse to provide a bill or statements for supposed services.

On 6/07/2000, plaintiff motions for issuance of immediate writ of possession.

Case went to arbitration on 12/03/2001.

Case outcome is unknown.

James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision lost his business license in May of 2000. The license became inactive 5/31/2000 due to delinquent tax payments. To this date Hannah owes $18,214.88 in back taxes. He is still operating his business without an active business license.
