James Harvey Jr Dead Beat Dad ripoff Houston Texas
My ex-husband is a deadbeat dad. He owes me more than $7,000.00 in back child support. He is the type of dad that does everything he can to avoid having to pay the support he owes to my son. His name is James Harvey Jr, and he has went so far as to say he'd rather sit in jail than pay child support. He has been this way since 1994, and the only reason he has paid in the past was because he was forced by the courts to have his wages garnished. Well now he has found a way to get out of paying, and that is to stop working altogether.
He has also tried to file unemployment in hopes that they would take the support from that, needeless to say he was not eligible for those benefits, until he gets a job or something. This man has tried every effore he can to avoid paying, even to the point of wanting to go before the judge and have his parental rights taken away...of course he didn't understand that all he was doing is saying he didn't want to have any rights to our son, but dumb as he is, was not aware he would still be required to pay for support. I wanted to report him and hope that he does end up on tv, so hopefully he will start catching up on the child support he is behind on, and start paying like he's supposed to. I have heard about alot of dead beat dad's and mom's, but i never knew what extreme's they would take to get out of supporting a child that belong's to them. Hopefully this might help me and my son to get the money that is owed to us.

I am the ex wife of Mr James Leo Harvey Jr
I just wanted to add some additional information to this report. I was hoping that by reporting this low life dead beat dad that hopefully someone will read it and help me locate an employer on him. He used to work as a wanna be electrition and since has worked alot of odd jobs or where he can so he can get paid without reporting his social security number....that's if he works at all.
He has recently purchased a Harley Davidson motorcycle with money that my son was intitled to!!! His way of thinking is we are jealous because he bought a Harley, when in reality it's anything but jealousy, it's anger because he spent money for his own pleasures when he could have had a little consideration and send our sone some money that he owes him!! He also has been seen driving a grey Gmc Jimmy Blazer..a real peice of junk, probably somewhere in the 80's model. He is the type of man that likes to live off of woman, as he did me for 10 years. He was not in love with me...just in love with my parents money!!! Now he is with a woman that he can again live off of....he has nothing of his own except maybe the Harley, everything else either belonged to his shack up girlfriend before they met or belonged to her parents!! Even the house they now live in.
He is the king of all Low Lifes and needs to wake up and get a grip on reality. He's also known to be a drug addict, would rather buy marajuana and pills than pay child support. And know telling what other kind of drugs. I hope someone that knows him might help me find out an enployer..."if there is one", so i can report it to the attorney general to atleast get an enforcement order for wage garnishment!!
