James "Jimmy" Mariany Scammed landlors on rent for 5 months Milford, New Hampshire
6/23/2011-"Jimmy" Mariany made the same promises to this landlord as he has made to his clients, "I'll have the money in a few days", "We're getting caught up on some bills", the list goes on. I had him evicted, court case is on file in Milford District Court. He claimed he was going to clean the apartment, pay what he owes, to date no money, cleaning was not done. For a "man" who was home every day he left the place a mess, no roof over his family's head, no attempt's to find work anywhere to support his family, but he had a lot of guitar gigs... That wasn't putting food on the table, or paying the rent, the electric bill, heat, etc.
He's made promises to pay what he owes starting last week, so far no money, just his broken word. I challenged him on what I found on the internet and all he claims is that the reports are all lies. He hasn't proven otherwise to me. The only way I'll remove this report is if and when he pays what he owes, which is close to $5K or I have him put in jail.
This guy is a "winner"... DO NOT RENT TO HIM. I feel sorry for the example he is setting for his kids, they are the ones suffering from this.

I've filed in Milford District Court against Jimmy Mariany and his wife for the back rent due to me that is now exceeds $5K. He has to respond to the court to plead his case and has been avoiding the paperwork from the court. I will not let this pass without resolution. He has provided pages of written promises on emails, promised to pay through PayPal on invoices he would be receiving from his "clients" He has failed on all accounts.

Here we are November 22, 2011 another email from Jimmy Marianny saying he hasn't forgotten about paying his debt, still no money. Claims he had gotten a job several months ago, still no payment, has money tied up in PayPal, still no money. He continues to lie. I've had enough, tomorrow I will petition the court to collect. He can't find work but he can play his gigs. I've found out where he is residing in Manchester, he wasn't hard to find............
