James Johnson Was denied a promised refund when I returned product called "Simplicity" dishonest rip-off Fountain Valley California
James Johnson sent me an offer that promised to generate a lot of money in a short time. It was a very convincing "blind ad" which hid the fact that it was a horseracing offer which I deplore!
It carried a very strong "double-your-money-back" guarantee which prompted me to give it a try. It was called "Simplicity" inwhich Mr. Johnson only discribed "what it was not". I ordered it by money order on May 9th 2002 for $47.00. When I discovered it was a handicapping system I immediatly sent it back (06/14/2002)for a refund to which he would not respond-except to send me another offer.
Mr. Johnson is yet another example of skilled criminal marketers who prey on honest people and give the mailorder business a black eye making us reluctant to respond to legit offers.
I'd like to know if any other complaints have been filed against him for a possible class-action. Thank you, for it is agencies such as yours that are helpig to restore public confidence in mail-order.
