James Lenzo agent for Linda Ann Howard Lenzo agreed to the full asking price and was going to send $5000 for earnest money and to pay the inspection and delivery of the coach. Lakewood, New Jersey
James Lenzo contacted me 4/23/2012 asking me to answer numerous questions about the RV. we exchanged several Emails and without any hassle, agreed to my price. Next I received a Sales Agreement to sign. The Agreement stated that he would be sending a check for $5000.00 of which was $500.00 for earnest money, and that the seller (me) was to use the excess funds to pay for inspection/delivery charges.
After more questions were asked, and answered, I signed the Agreement. To be sure James Lenzo was for real, I cintacted the Airstream Dealership he supposedly worked for. I was told this was a scam and they received many calls a day regarding this ficticious James Lenzo.
