Complaint Review: James Morgan Attorney

I went on line looking to ask a lawyer a simply question. I ask suppose to be a Lawyer James Morgan, He have the BBB logo

on his page. I ask the question, fisrt I get a message say pay .1.49 hit submit, than it say I been bill 19.95 for a plan.

so I tried to close page, than it said if I close page I will be bill 29.95. Never got my question answer. Than  I went to chat,

and somebody name Jason, I explain to him I don't want the plan, he said I will cancel it. But I check my bank account and I

been charge 1.49 plus 19.95. he said here your canellation number 42689. say they close my account. If I don't get my money back in my account, Can I sue. What a RIPOFF" and a scam.
