Complaint Review: JAMES PARISE

I found a engine online that james was selling for $6700 in October 2010.  We spoke he said he needed payment right away cause he cant go on word of mouth.  When it came to having the engine shipped he had nothing to ship to me cause everyday was a new excuse.  I told him to send me back my money, he refused telling me he already started building the engine which is suppose to be a 2001 or 2002 mercury 250 pro xb with alterations.  First of all I didnt commit to him building a engine he was to have a engine ready to sell as indicated in the ad.  After numerous calls and little responses he finally sent the engine in december.  At the same time after discussing his life (which I know now are all lies)  I felt he was someone to trust so I sent him $1200 on december 22nd to get me a wingplate for my boat which he said he can get from a friend. 

After numerous calls again no answer, no wingplate, no $1200.  He was told since the end of January to return my money every time we finally got him on the phone he sending it the next day because he so busy.  All the excuses from mother being in hospital, to cellphone not working, to truck being repoed, to going away with children, children running a fever of 103 all 3 kids, cant find driver license to send money, dont have bank account since he divorce, busy at work helping his dad, helping dad move his shop......and the saga continues.

Today is February 24th 2011 and I am out $6700 for a engine that does not perform the way itt should be giving me all sort of issues and doubt it has the serial numbers and also out $1200. 

I dont know if james think because I am in the virgin islands I can't damper his life he needs to think twice.  He is going to wish he never meet me and screwed with my money and as for his dad the supreme liar for his son that thinks he is more arrogant with his smart comments I would pray hard if I were you.....Nothing that starts bad ends good!!!
