To anyone looking to rent your apartment please do not rent to these lying scam artists.
They cry to you about just having a newborn & have no where to go but after they move in they snuck in their dog & they WILL NOT pay rent & didn't pay pet deposit. James is extremely rude & he has a felony on his background.
We asked them to please leave but they won't respond so now we have no choice but to evict these lowlifes.

Name has been misspelled his correct name is James Allen Peterson not Patterson. It has now come to my attention this tenant is using drugs in the apartment.
