Complaint Review: James Ralph Compton

J Raplh Compton and his wife Julie hired us to inspect and give them a report on their damaged untis from the hurricane. We arrived as promised and started the work on the report for their condo as their property manager directed me there first. After doing that condo they informed me it was the wrong unit and that we needed to do their house? Oh well they got us on that one! Than the second one the actual home we did all the measurements and actaully came back twice and he than charged back his credit card for the payment?? I cant believe that a guy who works at Morgan Stanley would do this to hard working people who have prepared a report that would be an asset to his claim so they just don't pay people. I dont want anyone else to work with them and have them not pay them either. GLAD he's not my financial advisor this cannot be good for Morgan Stanley.
