Complaint Review: James Randall Bias

Hi, I would like to file a complaint against Mr. James Randall Bias.  He is originally from Florida and now lives somewhere in Cebu City Philippines.  He usually introduce himself as the owner of Empowertech Services Inc. or National Organizational Industries.  

I am Mr. Bias former consultant for his company which he claimed legal under US law.  He is currently running his operation in internet cafes which has non-permanent addresses here in Cebu City.

All I know is he have his passport on hold at the Apple Tree Suite located in Fuente Cebu City. This is due to unpaid bills at the said hotel. He is now overstaying in the Philippines for a couple of months which is against the Philippines law. Mr. Bias still owe Apple Tree Suite about Php60,000.00 unpaid rent which is why this suite had his passport as a collateral or assurance for him to pay his debts before he could get his passport.

On the time being Mr. Bias is on the run with undelivered order from his company about $5,000.00 worth of orders. His customers are usually from US ordering products such as Cookies, Chocolates and Books.  He called this products as Fundraising products.  

For you to understand more, I was Mr. Bias former business consultant to a fund raising project calling for donation from Singapore.  Few months later, he was asking for my help due to his problems with his employees and irregular status of operations in one of the internet cafe's in the Philippines. 

For all to be aware, he is calling U.S. customers to order his products from different internet cafes here in Cebu City Philippines which has no permanent addresses.  So if you have ordered from Mr. James Randall Bias or Empowertech Services Inc., this is the time for you to know the truth.

As I was attending to his operations resolving his operational issues and employee issues, I was totally convinced that he need to close his company and had to heed to another place to live out from the he was renting in Lahug, Nevill hills Cebu City.  I thought he could be someone that I can trust so I also thought that Mr. Bias was worth to help with.  He was almost broke due to his operational expenses so I offered and proposed to Mr. Bias a new business that we can make profit together and may help him build a new life too.

Later, with my help, Mr. Bias transferred to a new apartment located in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines.  We were setting up a new company and was planning for a partnership.  

Few days later after he transferred, I and my family discovered that he is totally obsessed with Sluts and was taking ED Drugs or Erectile Dysfunction drugs abusively.  Never the less spending about $600.00 each day for sex pleasures having 3 different sluts in a day into his apartment.

As soon to be his business partner, I thought that I just have to leave him alone with what he was doing as I thought that it may be a problem if I will go over his private lifestyle.  

Days more passed by, I and my wife were too involved with setting up our new business and had even started calling our customers to order products from us.  We had earned about $1,800.00 from this project. Unfortunately, since we are using Mr. Bias bank account to start the business and his bank account to have the profit in, all of our money goes directly into his bank account.

Mr. Bias had nothing to do with all the money I and my wife earned from calling the customers.  He was always tired of doing the things like I and my wife do.  Mr. Bias had all his time spending money and sleeping with sluts (Street meat) all the time.  

One day, I had decided that he was already abusing Filipino rights and was just interested on spending the money I and my wife was earning.  I told Mr. Bias that I decided to back out from the proposal I made.  I also told him that we need to talk to get my share from the money I earned which is all in his bank account.  What Mr. Bias did is that he just sent me a text message that he will just speak with me the day after.  The day after that, we learned that he already ran away and nowhere to find.  He never gave me my share and just took off without paying me.

For all Mr. James Randall Bias victims, please feel free to post your experience from this guy.  He is still here in the Philippines somewhere and may do the same bogust to you.

He is an illegal alien in our country and had so many unpaid employees.  For all those who sent him checks for unsent orders, please feel free to post your complaints too.  You will never receive your orders as this person is a scam!  He is still on the run until now and may use another Filipino to do his illegal activities here.  For the American Embassy, this  guy is already over staying here in our country. You should do something about this!
