James Renouf Be aware with James Renouf Internet

This year I bought 3 Facebook software application from James Renouf and his partner Jeremy Kennedy. We bought the products in a digital platform called Warrior Forum warriorforum.com ... The products were FB Traffic Snipper and FB Traffic that cost about 195 USD.

In June 4st we received the message below from these gentlemans :

" We are here to address the issues
regarding FB Traffic Sniper.

First and foremost, please understand that we
are not going to run and hide from the problem.

We are answering your questions as timely as we
can and we feel it is necessary to provide
reasoning behind the recent take down of Sniper.

WHAT'S HAPPENING
==============================================

We were recently approached by Facebook to
discontinue FB Traffic Sniper completely.

Including the sale and usage of the platform.
Our personal FB accounts have also been removed.
 
We have complied and removed everything
related to any FB related product that we have
ever had for sale.

This is not happening to only us.

Also there are claims of "white hat" versions out
there and let us just say that we 100% believed
that Traffic Sniper was within terms.

Do not be fooled by other marketers trying
to profit from this situation.

We were not aware of any situation where the
platform may have broke TOS and if it did
then we we offer our sincere apologies for
promoting the platform.

We ask that you please do the following:

1. Please remove any dispute you may have filed in Paypal.
This really hurts our account, and as it stands
there are too many for us to refund.

What this means is that if you keep submitting
disputes we will not be able to refund everyone.

Too many disputes will result in our Paypal
account being taken down and we will then
be unable to refund anyone as we will have
no control.
 
By removing your disputes, this allows us
a little more time to deal with the situation
and provide what may be owed to you.

We promise that we are working hard for you
and every last customer will be helped.

2. Please be patient. This hit us like a ton
of bricks and we are still gathering our thoughts
and organizing processes to what needs to be done.

We are diligently working on solutions to clean
up this mess. We are NOT going away.

At this moment we are working on an extremely
powerful non-FB related platform that we will
be offering you as a way of thanking you for
your continued patience during this difficult time.

You are going to absolutely LOVE what we have for you.

We are available to answer your questions via helpdesk:

PLEASE understand that we have a very high volume of
tickets. We will get to you but please be patient.

Also please avoid using email. We have literally
hundreds of emails currently pending to answer and it
makes it extremely difficult to get back with you.

In June 20 th and after I request them a clarification why they did not make me refund I received this reply :

Yes, unfortunately all of our Facebook softwares were taken down in the process because our personal accounts were removed and our softwares relied on apps in those accounts.

I would be happy to provide a refund, but as mentioned in the video, I have no way to do so.
Its very unfortunate for everyone, and devastating to us also. Everything is beyond our control.

 What we are doing however, is actively building a powerful platform that will be sold for $497 (no joke, and it’s worth every penny). We are going to give you access to that for free. That particular platform should be ready in about 1 and a half to 2 weeks.

Also we have a couple other things going that you will get access to as well.

Trust me when I tell you that we truly want to make this up to you.

YOU are a loyal customer to have spent that kind of money with us
and we do not take it lightly I promise.

We want to keep people like you happy, so just be sure to open

emails we send out about it, because we are going to send you a lot of very
valuable, truly useful stuff.

Taking all this into consideration this guys, James Renouf and Jeremy Tyley are crookers ... Be aware of them all of you who bought products from them in Warrior Forum or JV Zoo..

This is to inform that James Renouf contacted me and pay me the total ammount of the products I bought. He told me that he had no knowledge about this issue because it was done by his partner. From my side this issue is solved and I would like to thanks James to give me access to other nice products .
