On 08/04/05 I ordered Mr. Wainwright's X-factor horse handicapping system and enclosed a check. He said postdate check for 40 days so I can try the system out first. However, I did not get my order until 09/03/05. I wrote Mr. Wainwright to tell him not to cash the check on 09/16/05 since I just got my order and to honor his 40-day free trial. The check was still cashed on 09/16/05. I tried the course on a few racetracks and got only 1-2 plays per track and 50-60% win. So on 09/20/05 I returned the system to him via certified mail and got the green card back proof that he received the system I returned. I wrote a follow-up letter to Mr. wainwright on 10/03/05 regarding the refund. However, to date, he has not issued me a refund for the course.

On 10/01/05, I order Mr. Rose's "Super Master Method" another horse handicapping system and paid by money order. On 10/13/05 I wrote to Mr. Rose stating I have not yet received the order. To date, I have not received the item I ordered nor have I received any communication from Mr. Rose as to whether he did receive my order or when I will be receiving my order.
