Complaint Review: James Walton

James Walton and Ameri-First Enterprises is an absolute scam. James Walton, sometimes goes by James C. Walton (no affiliation with Walmart) presents to be a high rolling international finance investment guru with access to billions of doallars of funding in off shore accounts to invest through trades and trading instruments. James Walton is an African American Man, in his late 50's. I will post a picture soon. He presents that he has significant wealth and access to additional monies through non USA banks. He also states he is buying a bank...ALL LIES. He has quite an extensive knowledge about the international banking and trading world and so that sometimes is convincing for people. The guy cant write, spell or speak (he has a distinctive stutter) to save himself, however as mentioned, he has quie a bit of knoweldge and some contacts in the investment/ int'l banking arena. He does not actually hold any instruments (although he will tell you otherwise). He states that he owns private aircraft, this is not true. It is doubtful that he even has reliable transportation.

James Walton has worked with Jerry Crook (CEO), as well as a woman named Robyn and a goffer named Jose (whos role is unknown). The company is supposed to be located in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. The address they provide is not their office. They do not have office space. James Walton presents that he will set up several organizations under the umbrella of Ameri-First Enterprises (he has a numbe ro of shell orgs). He lies like people breathe air. He says he is a Godly man and references scriptures etc... He tries to make you believe he is an amazing humanitarian with a generous heart. He is the opposite and is cold as ice, like the DEVIL.

He has deceived many people, including talented professionals that he recruited to run his so called businesses. The intention of the staff was to run a well organized business only to find out that James Walton is a con artist. He has never made good on the contracts of past employees. He owes staff milions of dollars in back pay and reinbursements. He does this all without any remorse, a true con artist.

The truth is, James Walton is destitute, he lives in a cheap hotel. Usually, a cheap entended stay motel setting in the Ft. Lauderdale area. He cannot even afford to pay his basic bills, for his hotel stay and has borrowed or stole thousands of doallrs in personal funds from his staff (who thought they had viable employment), that was never repaid. He talks a big line of absolute and constant B.S. His impovrished reality is he has nothing, he may have shady contacts in the financial int'l banking world but hes a nobody with a bad record who has been black balled because of his pattern of deceitful practices, unpaid bills and LIES.

James Walton does infact know Walter Taulelei well and significantly defrauded Mr. Taulelei through this process. Medici is one of James Walton's shell companies. He made significant promises to Walter Taulelei and hung him (W.T.) out to dry in a very bad deal. James Walton is a liar, he steals, he is not honest at all and tows the biggest line of crap that is sometimes very convincing. He tells people the money is just around the corner, about to be wired etc.... in order to use other peoples resources. In reality, like I stated.. he has nothing. His sidekicks: Jerry/ Sandra Crook (FL) and Robyn..we will reveal more names in full soon) are very much part of this shady and dark operation.

James Walton is being investigated and we hope that he (along with his conspirators) will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
