My Mother, Bernice Ann Beatty, divorced my father, Dr. Garry Lee Bolinger, M.D. in 1984. She was moving to an apartment and had asked her brother, James Warren Beatty and his wife, Nancy Ann Beatty to store her living room furniture. When she came to retrieve her belongings about a year later, she was run off the property by her brother. His wife, Nancy Beatty, displays not only the precious family heirloom furniture of Dr. Garry L. Bolinger, M.D. in their home, but they also display oil paintings, silver, glassware, and personal effects of his estate in their home. Although they have been asked repeatedly to return it, they refuse to do so. the furniture was Ethan Allen custom made cherry furniture and it is nearly destroyed now due to the family utilizing it as every day furniture: the cane seats are broken, the velvet seats discolored, and the cherry top of the large dininhg room table is scratched and discolored. The breakfront china cabinet is filled with the personal effects of the Bolinger family. On the walls of the home are displayed original oil painitngs purchased by the late Dr. Garry L. Bolinger, M.D. A silver service purchased by Mrs. Bolinger when she was a military wife with S&H Green Stamps is displayed on the solid cherry serving table, also stolen by the family.

In addition, when the late Bernice Ann Beatty was elderly and ill, she lived for a brief period of time with the Beattys. Again, her personal furniture and effects were stolen. In their basement, they have her more modern couch on display.

As recently as 2011, their daughter, Jennifer Wrae Beatty Jones misappropriated the estate she obtained from the late Nicholas Joseph Beatty by asking a family member to deed the property back to her which was willed to the family member because she "was hurting so badly financially" after her divorce from Christopher Jones in Iowa. Immediately after the deed was signed, she arranged to clear cut the land the property was on because she had no savings of her own to pay the estate taxes on the property. At the time, she had accumulated a $23,000.00 credit card bill.
