On 08/07/2008 I ask Mgr if I could see the room before I sign in and he gave me the key. Found room to be unkept ( dirty, trash on carpet, foul odor in room) Mgr advise of the problem, then we jointly looked at room, and my daughter. He refused to acknowledge that the room was dirty, he became very argumental of my refusal to accept the room. It was neccessary for me to find another hotel.

08/11/2008 I noted 3 days was charged against my Bank acct. This was reported to Mayor Thompson office. and after months and months. The end results is "The Mgr action was based on their cancellation policy 48hrs. You are coming from out of town, expecting to check in and find the room dissatisfying, the policy should not had any affect on cancelling the day of check-in.

BE AWARE WHAT'S DIRTY TO YOU MIGHT LOOK CLEAN TO SOME ONE ELSE (ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE FROM AND WHAT YOU ARE USE TO. WESTERN MOTEL OF FITZGERALD RIPPED ME OFF.
