A court proceeding has been commenced in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, New York under index number 609677/2016 against the person believed to be the author of the defamatory post made in Ripoff Report #1276203. Due to the complete falsity of the statements made in the post, the suit includes several causes of action based on defamation seeking damages, and one for injunctive relief, Pursuant to that action, proceedings have commenced in order to positively identify the author of this report through several methods, one being a subpoena to be issued to Xcentric Ventures LLC, the owner of the Ripoffreport.com.
