On February 24th 2018 I hired (AKA Jamie Andrea) to work on SEO and Social Media Marketing for my website. My site is an eCommerce site and I needed someone to help me with optimization online to drive traffic to my store. I found on Craigslist and that linked me to her LinkedIn page. I gave her a call as her Craigslist ad said she had the skills I needed and was looking for work.

When we spoke, she sounded competent to complete the project. We had discussed payment and I agreed to pay her $2,200, half to start and half upon completion. had assured me that she would be able to complete the project within 1 month. Needless to say from my post here, the project was NEVER completed. Jamie basically tried to just type keywords on to my website in the "about us" section and called that "SEO" or search engine optimization for those that not familiar. This was NOT what we had agreed to when I hired her to do SEO.

I wanted ranking on bing and Google and not just some spammy keywords on my website. Also, Jamie never completed ANY social media marketing campaigns for me. Not one. She tried to show that I was getting traffic by posting the link to my site on popular social media pages but virtually none of these clicks ever converted. I came to find out that she just posted on these social media pages and asked everyone to "click the link" without telling them anything about my eCommerce store!

Anyway, once I learned about all of this, I spoke to Jamie about it. She tried to justify that this was all legitimate and pointed to the stuff I have just mentioned. I explained to her that all this was fraudulent and demanded the $1,100 I paid her back. refused to give me my hard earned money back and stopped answering my calls. After 2 weeks of not hearing back from her I basically gave up. I was going to take her to small claims court but the time and energy would not be worth it. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WOMAN.
