One of the worst people in the world to deal with- Calls the cops with false reports of drugs and other false charges. The cops namely Peoria AZ. Police buy into her crap. They falsely raided my tennents homes with no proof only Belotes own statements. No arrrests were ever made, and over 500 complaint calls were logged. Her son is known tweeker ( Brian Belote) and small time dealer, she often hides in her home..her primary income is selling fake cancer cures and other snake oils. After losing several tennents, because of her harrasment, we sold out.
