Complaint Review: JAN_PRO

I was ripped off by Jan-Pro of new mexico i paid and initial franchise fee of 12,000 dollars and I was kicked out after only six months.

it is funny how they act all nice and tell you that they are always going to be there for you in case you need them and once they take your money everything changes.

I have being cleaning for 25 years always having my own business and when Laurel brain washed me I tough Jan-Pro was a good opportunity so I gave them 12,000 in cash.
 
they where also having problems finding their first customers so I help them I got for them the Unser Racing Museum Linac Systems to name  a couple , I suppose to not be charged a finders fee because I helped them get those accounts but when the check came they always took finders fees and they charged me 3 times the value of the account a month even do i help them get the accounts 

After only six months I got a call from Will Parker and told me I was done and to return all the keys because I was done his excuse being that all my customers where unhappy I when and talked to all my customers and they all tell me they where very happy with the service and they didnt know what i was talking about and when Laurel found out I talked to my customers she was pissed and told me that where not my customers and to stop contacting them she also told me that i was not going to get paid for that month of service (about 5,000) until they contacted all the customers to make sure that nothing was missing i told them that I needed the money to make payroll and they told me that that was my problem , now I'm a single dad of 4 and I needed he money to feed my kids and pay employees so they forced me to sign a mutual release form so that i could get paid and did not get paid the full amount because they wanted to make sure that the customers where happy and did not have any complains for witch they had to make deductions to this day I'm still waiting for the rest of my check  

right after I was fired from Jan-Pro i got a contract with smiths. 10 stores in the Albuquerque area.

some how they found out and their lawyer sent letters to the district manager stating that could not do any work in Albuquerque because of the non compete agreement , so the district manager contacted me and told me that they had to pull the contract so not having any accounts and unable to get a job doing what i know how to do I was homeless for six month and i had to pan handle to get by and feed my kids I don't know how this people can sleep at night after what they do to people and they claim to be christians doing the work of god this kind of business should be illegal.
 
I also don't know why they are so greedy they have no kids to leave anything to and they are like 90 years old if they had any kids to feed or to provide for i will maybe understand but maybe they want to leave something for the dog. I hope we can all get together and bring and end to this business that only steals from the people that needs help
I also learn recently that there are a lot of franchises that they screwed
