Jane And Finch Investment Group7380 ripoff loan that was promised Orlando Florida
my husband and i spent our whole pay checks to secure a loan with this company. We dealt with sales agent brian *** and i heard my husbands conversations with him when he promised him this was a forsure deal getting this loan of $5000.00.
I myself talked with mr. a** and sent a copy of a canceled check to him so he could wire the money into or checking account. I also was a part of sending the moneygram of $770.00 to carol t** of winnepeg canada to secure this loan.
No money has entered our bank account or have we recieved a refund check for this security deposit. Our family can not afford this sence we run on a very set budget and we stressed this with Mr. a**.
We have been taken befor on a bad loan deal of over $1100.00 and again stressed this to mr.a** which he said we had nothing to worry about that this was a lagit loan. He also stated people would get into trouble over bad deals and he was not going to risk things by a bad deal.
We have phone records and will be willing to press charges if this matter is not resolved very soon. The worst part of this all is that our children are being affected over this all. Its been a GREAT july 4th.

My husband and I have been trying to contact this company for the past four days and now discovered all phone numbers and internet sites are nolonger in use. We have not recieved our money of this loan or have we recieved our security deosit back that we put up front to get this loan. This was promised to us by loan agent brian anderson. I'm very sick over this all and now were wondering how to make the rent and other bills payed for this month. I will also stand behind my husband in regards to bringing justice to these people-company. This is a very serious situation and its hurt our family very much.
