Use these fabulous people if you would like to pay hundreds of dollars (in my case $990) and have them ignore you as soon as they get your money. If you get lucky enough to speak with them they will use every possible excuse and or (if your upset) speak at you in a derogatory manner in an effort to excuse there (in my opinion) blatant fraudulance. Endearing comments such as "The longer we talk about it the less time I have to help recent (more important) customers, and the less chance I'll have to help address your issue". Tell me that doesn't put a warm smile on your face.

Or how about this one "People get all upset when they see the rip-off report and they freak out and don't give us a chance to help them with there problem". This to a customer who has waited over 8 months for shirts after paying in full. Far from understanding or considerate they relentlessly attempt to dodge responsibility be it Lying or ignoring you. I call it outright STEALING and FRAUD.

We received a fax about shirts for 2.75. We paid the upgrade with full color for $4.95 for a total of 200 shirts for $990 on September 5, 2007. We were told repeatedly that we were on the production schedule in October, November, and December... They said "We have been very busy because of the Holidays" "Sorry for the delay" ... We contacted them many times after that and were only able to leave messages.Dates of phone calls --9-13-07, 9-28-07, 10-25-07, 11/26/07, 12/22/07,03/06/08,05/04/08 --- Not including calls made without leaving messages.

The communication stopped from them. They refused to contact us back until a rather pointed message was left on the answering machine expressing intent to pursue legal actions to collect the money back. They say they have to "find the tracking number" although they say that it's not in my file and they have no evidence that the shirts ever shipped but they have to "find" the "tracking nuimber" and they have to "find the signature". It's not in my file because the order was never made and certainly never shipped.

I intend to file a report with the Florida state beaureau of investigation, and the Cool springs detective unit about this matter.
