Jane's Gym Terminate contract, Internet
My wife entered a contract with this group, then became permanently disabled. 2 doctor reports and 4 certified letters and they continue to attempt payment.
This is a new gym and I know of more than 3 people with the same problem.
I am hoping these clowns take me to court. As of today 7-30-10 they have accumulated 3 violations of the FTC. Each of these violations have a fine of up to $1000.
