Complaint Review: Janeeo Grocott

Janeeo Grocott Aspen Mastercard closed my card. I have been a customer for over 4 years with a good payment history. The company said that CompCredit Corporation will be the company Company cancled my card for no reason. I do not get a new card from the company that bought Aspenmastercard Internet

Aspen mastercard sent me a letter that I receive on Sept 24 25 2009 saying that my account has been closed ,also that no new charges will not be accepted after September 21,2009. I have ha a card with them for over 4 years now with a great payment history.I will not get a new credit card with the new company and because of hard times and bad credit problems the the country is in.Due to the company closing and a company named CompuCredit Corporation was taking payments and no new card will be issued and to pay your balance on line.

I called several companys for help. Then I got no where with the company and a run around with the company. My advice is to apy them or they could ruin your credit.

Aspen Mastercard is not being very kind to people that have paid their bill on times. The company has closed everyone credit card and did not even give them notice to closing their account. The company says that is the hard times and they do want to take a chance on good customers and decided to close their account.
