Complaint Review: Janet Greene Estate Sales

JANET GREENE ESTATE SALES  LOCATED LONG BEACH CAL   DO NOT  DO BUSINESS WITH HER

I sold my home in Los Alamitos, Ca in June and the realtor who sold my home recommended Janet Greene to conduct an estate sale as i was not planning on moving the furniture.  I contacted her and she was all smiles and gracious , but some of the family had some reserve about her manner, but since the realtor had recommended her I had faith in trusting this person.   She came and  gave me a signed contract for the sale to be held at another location she was having a sale. She said she would pay me in 7 days after sale.   She came and took at leat 3 truck loads of furniture and stuff  and that is the last of the contact.  I have repeatedly tried to phone her and she will not return calls. The realtor has conacted her and she will not now respond to her.  I have found numerous reports of her bad business practices online and feel she should not be allowed to do business with anyone   It is too bad that one gets ripped off so bad and this person gets away with it.  My lawyer has suggested Police report and I will do that to try to stop her from scamming other people.  What can we do about this people..to me it is fraud and stealing for sure.   DO NOT USE JANET GREEN EVER
